Admit it.. Sometimes your wrong. So if this happens when you buy the wrong size with us, we will remedy your “situation” with our SNAFU Guarantee.
Follow these steps:
- Notify us through the CHAT bubble on our website or through our email address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Provide us the order # that contains the item of the wrong size.
- State the size that you need shipped to you in replacement of the size originally ordered.
- The new size MUST BE THE SAME ITEM AND COST. Keep in mind that some XL, 2XL and 3XLs are priced higher and would require payment if you are requiring that size.
- Please fold the shirt properly prior to returning it to us within the proper sized envelope similar to the one that was sent to you.
- Send it back to us utilizing First Class Postage w/Tracking and drop at the local U.S. Post Office. The tracking will allow for both of us to track the return.
- Once we receive the return, we will inspected it and immediately mail back out at no shipping charge to you, the replacement size.
- Item must NOT have ever been worn, washed or altered.
- Item must have ALL tags (size, etc.)
- Item must be "like for like". Sizes or styles that have an additional cost may be ineligible without additional payment.
- FREE items that are included in a "Buy 1, Get 1" promotion or any SALE items where you received a discount at purchase with a promo code, will require you to pay the shipping for the replacement item, as well as the shipping cost to return the original back to us.
- Hoodies, MARPAT Shorts, multiple items and Hats require the use of USPS Priority Mail and will also require you to pay the shipping for the replacement item, as well as the shipping cost to return the original back to us, regardless of whether a discount was used.
- Please leave a note as to the nature of the return. If an exchange, please state the size, style and color needed. If a return for a refund, please state that as well.
- We allow for 1 SNAFU return per purchased item.
