SNAFU Guarantee

Admit it.. Sometimes your wrong. So if this happens when you buy the wrong size with us, we will remedy your “situation” with our SNAFU Guarantee.

Follow these steps:

  • Notify us through the CHAT bubble on our website or through our email address at trainliftshoot@yahoo.com.
  • You will then be asked to go to the site and order the correct size item (MUST BE THE SAME ITEM AND COST). Under discount code, you will put SNAFU Return. This will zero out the cost of the item to $0. 
    • Hoodies and Hats require you to choose PRIORITY MAIL for shipping. Hoodies and Hats do NOT have free shipping for the return. 
    • T-Shirts/Tanks will be free to ship the return, please choose 1st Class Mail.
  • We will send you the correct size along with a prepaid envelope for the return at no cost to you (including the shipping of the new shirt).
  • Once you receive the “right fit”, place the “wrong fit” in the envelope and drop it off at the local US post office.

RULES:

  • Item must NOT have ever been worn, washed or altered.
  • Item must have ALL tags (size, etc.)
  • Item must be "like for like". Sizes or styles that have an additional cost are ineligible. 
  • FREE items that are included in a "Buy 1, Get 1" promotion will require you to pay the shipping for the replacement item, as well as the shipping cost to return the original.
  • Hoodies and Hats require the use of USPS Priority Mail.  As a result, There is a $10 restocking fee that is applied to the cost of postage. We offer free shipping on the original item. We then incur a cost to ship the replacement and the cost of shipping to get back the original. So We ask that you assist with that cost. YOU MUST BOX UP THE HAT to return. The cost of the return postage is at the cost of the consumer.
  • Once the return has started processing, you have 10 days for TLS to receive your original size that was incorrectly ordered.  If we don't receive it in that time frame, the following will occur: 
    • Your card on file will be charged for the replacement item, the replacement shipping cost and the cost of the pre-paid envelope for the return back to TLS.
    • If you ordered through PayPal or another type of payment method, we will invoice you for the costs involved in the return, as stated above.
We want our stuff to fit! How else will others know who to hide behind?
