      Shipping policy

      Order fulfillment expectations

      Business hours are M-F 0800-2000. We are closed all major holidays. Orders received after 4pm will go with the following day’s business orders for print. 

      We strive to fulfill all orders as they come in; however, we sometimes experience issues with the supply chain.  Shipping of orders is usually between 5-7 business days unless we notify you in advance of the delay past that point.

      What happens if the tracking number shows delivered but I did not receive my package?

      We most often use the United States Postal Service for domestic shipping. We send the tracking number to you after the postage is purchased and the package is ready to be shipped. That tracking number can be accessed through tools.USPS.com, which will detail the travel history of your package. Should the tracking show that your package was delivered but is not at your address listed in the order, we encourage you to do the following:

      Check with all neighbors within your area to determine if the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. 90% of the cases are resolved by this measure.  

      Check with your local US Post Office about the tracking and delivery.  Because the local office is familiar with their routes, many issues have also been resolved this way.

      Notify us at trainliftshoot@yahoo.com and we will also put in a request for an investigation.  

      Unfortunately, we do not offer insurance due the size of the parcels we send out.  We are not obligated to offer a free replacement when the tracking demonstrates that a final delivery has been completed and is logged as Delivered in the tracking history.  We will review on a case by case basis delivery issues that arise.  Most often that involves a new purchase at 50% of the price and an offer of free shipping to you of the replacement order.

      Shipping to the United States

      Train Lift Shoot will ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If shipping APO/FPO/DPO it must ship USPS.

      Shipping internationally

      Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.  Charges for this service will be applied.

      Will I have to pay customs when I receive my order?                                    

      Yes, because customs charges differ from country to country, it is your responsibility to find out what the charges will be. If your package is returned to us because you refused to pay customs, Train Lift Shoot will not issue a refund.

      *Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

      Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

      Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses within the continental U.S.

      Any promotional flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
